Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. All sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the product received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or exchange where appropriate.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

Refunds

As a general policy, 20Ikkis does not offer refunds. Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer laws or if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or exchange for a verified defective item.
